Deposits & payment

A 50% deposit reserves your tour. We charge the remaining balance to the card on file 5 days before your tour date, after a reminder email 7 days out. Tours booked within 14 days of the date are paid in full at booking.

Classic tour minimum

The Classic tour runs with 4 or more guests. If your date has fewer than 4 guests booked 48 hours before the tour, we will text and email you three options: move to a nearby date that is running, upgrade to a Private Wine Tour for Two for $495 total ($100 off, just the two of you and your own driver-guide), or a full refund including the booking fee. Private tours and transportation are never subject to a minimum.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 10 days before your tour to receive a refund, minus a $30 credit card processing fee. Cancellations within 10 days are non-refundable.

Gift cards & credits

Gift cards and tour credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and transferable.

Age & guests

Guests must be 21+ to taste. The Classic tour is adults only. No pets on any tour.

Conduct

Please drink responsibly. Guides may end a guest's tour for unsafe behavior, without a refund.
